There were some frustrations during the troubleshooting process, as the IT issue proved to be more complicated than anticipated. However, I must commend Dignity Newzealand for their continuous communication and transparency throughout the ordeal. They kept me updated on their progress and ensured I understood the steps being taken to fix the problem. In the end, they came through, and my system is now running smoothly.
